Dear Friends/Colleagues,

Has anyone looked into the possibility of a legal challenge to reactors and/or nuclear waste being allowed to exist on the grounds of this [or these] being a form of mass medical experimentation on reactor site communities?

CLEARLY, when the NRC admits before Congress that there's a 45% chance of a core meltdown over a 20 year period [http://www.geocities.com/mothersalert/probability.html] AND that such a meltdown would KILL, INJURE, inflict CANCER and cause virtually unpayable economic damage on HUGE amounts of people as the CRAC-2 report [ http://www.geocities.com/mothersalert/crac.html] [mandated by NRC] describes, this appears to legally constitute a form of mass medical experimentation.

In addition to this, Joseph Mangano has determined that the closing of 5 commercial reactor sites around the United States has resulted in a significant drop in infant mortality: http://www.geocities.com/mothersalert/infant.html Is this legally a Crime Against Humanity? I think we should collectively find out.

The Nuremberg principles state that mass medical experimentation is a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. I think the Manhattan, New York based Center for Constitutional Rights [Phone:212-614-6464] should be consulted on this issue.Possibly other sources like the ACLU, too. Is anyone interested in investigating this possibility legally?
